GROUP HOMES AND SUPPORTED LIVINGLIFEDESIGNS SUPPORTED OVER 200 PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITES TO GAIN INDEPENDENCE; PROVIDED COMMUNITY BASED CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES TO 0 CUSTOMERS DUE TO COVID; PROVIDED VARIOUS ACTIVITIES ONLINE DUE TO COVID; CONTINUED TO SUPPORT FORMERLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME HOUSED AND BEGIN WORKING ON RECOVERY; HELPED 42 PEOPLE GET JOBS THEY LOVE, EARNING AN AVERAGE OF $12.11 PER HOUR.CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O RESIDENTIAL SERVICES AT LIFEDESIGNS INCLUDE GROUP HOMES STAFFED 24 HOURS A DAY TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT OR GUIDANCE THAT RESIDENTS MAY REQUIRE. SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PHASES OF DAILY LIVING, WITH MORE CONTROL OVER THEIR LIVES AND WITH GREATER ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
HOUSING 84 AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE HOUSING UNITS SERVE 89 PEOPLE. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN ATTRACTIVE COMMUNITIES CLOSE TO MANY AMMENITIES. MOST TENANTS HAVE LIVED IN OUR UNITS FOR OVER TWO YEARS. OUR TENANT SURVEY IN HOUSING OPTIONS SHOWS 80% SATISFACTION.
