GROUP HOMES AND SUPPORTED LIVINGLIFEDESIGNS SUPPORTED OVER 125 PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITES TO GAIN INDEPENDENCE AND CONTINUED TO HELP PEOPLE GET JOBS THEY LOVE WHILE EARNING A WAGE WELL ABOVE MINIMUM WAGE. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES AT LIFEDESIGNS INCLUDE GROUP HOMES STAFFED 24 HOURS A DAY TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT OR GUIDANCE THAT RESIDENTS MAY REQUIRE. SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PHASES OF DAILY LIVING, WITH MORE CONTROL OVER THEIR LIVES AND WITH GREATER ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.


HOUSING 23 AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE HOUSING UNITS SERVE 29 PEOPLE. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN ATTRACTIVE COMMUNITIES CLOSE TO MANY AMMENITIES. MOST TENANTS HAVE LIVED IN OUR UNITS FOR OVER TWO YEARS. OUR TENANT SURVEY IN HOUSING OPTIONS SHOWS 90% SATISFACTION.
