IN ORDER TO SURROUND THE COMMUNITYS MOST CRITICAL PROBLEM AND FIGHT IT, WE BRING NON-PROFITS TOGETHER. WE KNOW THAT CHANGE DOESNT HAPPEN ALONE SO WE CREATE CHANGE BY BRINGING THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO THE TABLE AND OFFERING A WHOLE-COMMUNITY SOLUTION. TOGETHER, WE ARE STRONGER.

COMMUNITY IMPACT - THE FOCUS OF COMMUNITY IMPACT IS TO UNDERSTAND AND ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF ALICE (ASSETS LIMITED, INCOME CONSTRAINED, AND EMPLOYED) POPULATIONS IN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY. GUIDE THE INVESTMENT AND AWARD PROCESS FOR INITIATIVES FOCUSED ON EARLY LEARNING, YOUTH SUCCESS, STABLE FAMILIES AND CRITICAL NEEDS ACROSS MORE THAN 25 NONPROFIT PARTNERS. IN ADDITION, UWSJC SEEKS AND LEVERAGES FUNDING FOR INTERNAL PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON UTILITY ASSISTANCE (TEAM HEAT,) FOOD INSECURITY (PEOPLE GOTTA' EAT AND MARKET BUCKS,) EARLY LEARNING (KINDERGARTEN CAMPS,) RESOURCE ACCESSIBILITY (RIDE UNITED, LAST MILE DELIVERY,) AND OUR EMERGENCY FOOD & SHELTER FUND.
COMMUNICATIONS IMPACT - OVERSEES THE DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION FOR NOT- FOR-PROFIT PARTNERS, DONORS, VOLUNTEERS, CORPORATE PARTNERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. COMMUNICATIONS IMPACT ALSO OVERSEES ALL EVENT COORDINATION AND PLANNING, ENSURING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AT EVERY LEVEL.
ONEROOF ST. JOE COUNTY - ONEROOF SOUTHEAST A/K/A THE SOUTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER CELEBRATED ITS FIRST YEAR IN OPERATION. THE CENTER HOSTED 150+ COMMUNITY FACING EVENTS WHILE HOUSING SIX (6) PERMANENT ON-SITE NON-PROFIT RESOURCES ALONG WITH ROTATING SERVICE PROVIDERS SERVING OVER 500 FAMILIES, STUDENTS, AND CLIENTS. THREE (3) MORE ONEROOF NEIGHBORHOOD CENTERS ARE IN VARYING STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT.
