ONE OF THE MAIN PURPOSES IS TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE IN HEALTH CARE AND THE BETTERMENT OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THIS IS DONE BY SERVING AS AN ESSENTIAL RESOURCE FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS OF THE FAMILY PHYSICIAN WORKFORCE IN INDIANA. THE IAFP IS ALSO THE PROVIDER OF CHOICE FOR FAMILY PHYSICIAN EDUCATION. THE IAFP ALSO STAYS CURRENT ON TRENDS IN HEALTH CARE THROUGH INTERACTIONS WITH BUSINESSES, OTHER HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, PATIENTS AND GOVERNMENT HEALTH RELATED ORGANIZATIONS.
