DIVERSION PROGRAM - PROVIDE WESTERN LUCAS COUNTY YOUTH OFFENDERS AND THEIR PARENTS A 25 HOUR PROGRAM OVER 10 WEEKS AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO A CRIMINAL CONVICTION AND PENALTY. THE PROGRAM REQUIRES THE YOUTH TO MAINTAIN ACADEMIC STANDARDS AND PATICIPATE IN COMMUNITY SERVICES. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED SERVICES TO 48 YOUTH AND THEIR PARENTS THIS FISCAL PERIOD. THE NOMINAL FEE CHARGED TO PARTICIPATE ENCOURGAGES OWNERSHIP OF THE PROGRAM.
OPIATE EDUCATION - PROMOTE FILM TITLED "ONE- AND DISCUSSION GUIDE.
