DLSF SUPPORTS THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS OF DANAHER LYNCH FAMILY FOUNDATION. DLSF IS INTRUMENTAL IN THE RESEARCH, BEST PRACTICES, MARKETING, MESSAGING AND COLLECTION OF APPLICANT DATA TO ALLOW DLFF TO CARRY OUT AN EFFECTIVE AND ORGANIZED APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS FOR RECIPIENTS OF THE DLFF SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS. THERE ARE 2 SCHOLARSHIPS OFFERED; ONE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND ANOTHER COVERING MULTIPLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. DLSF PLAYS AN ACTIVE ROLE IN EACH LEVEL OF THE SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS FROM CREATING THE APPLICATION FORMAT, DATABASE CONSTRUCTION, DATA GATHERING, TEAM COLLABORATION IN THE SELECTION PROCESS AS WELL AS THE AWARD PRESENTATION.
THE DANAHER LYNCH SERVICES FOUNDATION EMPLOYS A CERTIFIED TEACHER WHO IS INSTRUMENTAL IN CREATING AND CARRYING OUT THE DLFF SCHOLARS PROGRAM. THE SCHOLARS PROGRAM IS MEANT TO SUPPLEMENT THE DLFF SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS WITH INFORMATION AND OPPORTUNITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO BECOME ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES WHILE ALSO PREPARING THEM FOR POST HIGH SCHOOL PLANNING. DLSF PROVIDES THE SCHOLARS WITH LEARNING EXPERIENCES AND COMMUNITY EVENTS THAT WILL ROUND OUT THEIR PERSONAL EXPERIENCES TO HELP UNLEASH POTENTIAL IN A VARIETY OF WAYS.
DEVELPOMENT AND ADVANCEMENT CENTERED AROUND EDUCATIONAL WORK IN THE LOCAL CATHOLIC EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM. IT IS NECESSARY FOR DLSF TO PLAN STRATEGICALLY AROUND THE FINANCIAL CHALLENGES OF THE VARIOUS SCHOOLS THAT DLSF WORKS WITH. THE DLSF TEAM EMPLOYS AN EDUCATOR WITH 30 YEAR + EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT. THE EXPERIENCE WILL ALLOW HER TO UNDERSTAND AND PROBLEM SOLVE THIS IMPORTANT AREA. THIS WILL IN TURN HAVE A DIRECTLY POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE SHCOOLS AND THUS THE STUDENTS IN OUR COMMUNITY THAT WE ARE STRIVING TO OFFER THE ABILITY TO SUCCEED IN A DYNAMIC LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.
