THE SATELL INSTITUTE SERVES TO CONVENE, EDUCATE AND FACILITATE INITIATIVES FOR CEOS, THE LEADERS OF FOR-PROFITS AND FOUNDATIONS AS WELL AS NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, ON THE TOPIC OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY. IT IS A LEADING CEO MEMBER ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO CSR. THERE ARE NO FEES OR DUES TO JOIN, AS THE SATELL INSTITUTE IS FULLY ENDOWED. FOR-PROFIT AND FOUNDATION MEMBERS MAKE A FOUR-YEAR COMMITMENT OF $25,000 OR MORE PER YEAR ($100,000 MIN.) TO FUND ANY LAWFUL NONPROFIT THEY CHOOSE. ALL FUNDS GO DIRECTLY FROM THE DONOR TO THE NONPROFIT. THE SATELL INSTITUTE IS NOT A CONDUIT.
