SCHOOL PROGRAMS: DUE TO THE OUTBREAK OF COVID IN MARCH 2020, TMTP'S 'KIDS LOVE MUSICALS" COULD NOT BE OFFERED IN FY21, EXCEPT IN LIMITED ONLINE FORM. WHEN IT IS OPERATIONAL, "KIDS LOVE MUSICALS" RESIDENCY PROGRAM USES SONGS FROM CLASSIC AMERICAN MUSICALS TO INTRODUCE STUDENTS TO THE ART FORM. SCHOOLS INCLUDE PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND CHARTER SCHOOLS IN RURAL, SUBURBAN AND URBAN SETTINGS. TMTP'S OFFERINGS FOR INTERGENERATIONAL AND SPECIAL EDUCATION SETTINGS FOR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WERE LIKEWISE CANCELED FOR ALL OF THE FY21 YEAR. IN FY21, TMTP CONCEIVED AND EXECUTED THE TEACHER PREPARATION GUIDE FOR THE CLEVELAND METROPOLITAN SCHOOL DISTRICT'S ALL-CITY MUSICAL AND WAS SIGNED AS THE PROJECT'S FISCAL AGENT, BUT THE PROJECT WAS CANCELED-PROBABLY UNTIL FY24.
CONCERTS & CABARETS: COVID DECIMATED TMTP'S LIVE CONCERTS AND CABARETS FROM APRIL 2020 UNTIL JANUARY 2022. THUS NO INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED THROUGH THESE PROGRAMS DURING FY21.
ARCHIVAL PROJECTS-RADIO PROGRAMS AND RECORDINGS: UNAFFECTED BY COVID, TMTP PRODUCED 52 INSTALLMENTS OF THE RADIO PROGRAM FOOTLIGHT PARADE/ON THE AISLE, HEARD WEEKLY ON MORE THAN 100 PUBLIC STATIONS AROUND THE COUNTRY. THE PROGRAM HAS MORE THAN 100,000 LISTENERS EACH YEAR IN NORTHEAST OHIO ON WCLV. IN ADDITION, THE PROGRAM WAS UPLOADED EACH WEEK FOR ONLINE STREAMING AT WWW.PRX.ORG UNDER THE TITLE "ON THE AISLE,- AND THE PROGRAM IS BROADCAST TWICE A WEEK ON SIRIUS XM SATELLITE RADIO ON BROADWAY CHANNEL 77. EPISODES INCLUDED THEMES SUCH AS "STAR QUALITY-THE WOMEN- AND "SHAKESPEARE ON BROADWAY; "SPOTLIGHT ON RICHARD GLAZIER," A DISCUSSION ABOUT MUSICAL THEATER SONGS BETWEEN BILL RUDMAN AND THE RENOWNED PIANIST; AND AN INTERVIEW WITH BROADWAY LEGEND HELEN GALLAGHER, NOW 95. TMTP'S RECORD LABEL, HARBINGER RECORDS, SPECIALIZES IN THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK - IN PARTICULAR, SONGS OF STAGE, SCREEN AND CABARET.
