THE ORGANIZATION INVESTS IN HIGH-PERFORMING K-12 SCHOOLS. IT WILL STRIVE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS WITH ACCESS TO EXCELLENT EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE CINCINNATI AREA. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION INVESTS IN PROGRAMS THAT RECRUIT, TRAIN, AND SUPPORT TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS IN THE CINCINNATI AREA AND WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES TO IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES FOR ALL STUDENTS.
