THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF PAA FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:1. TO ACT AS A COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ENABLING THE FOUNDATION TO RECEIVE GIFTS OF MONEY OR OTHER PROPERTY, HOLD THE SAME IN TRUST, INVEST AND PRESERVE IT AND DISTRIBUTE THE INCOME AND PRINCIPAL IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION.2.
