PRESCHOOL, SCHOOL AGE, IDEA, SEIT, CPSE - THE SCHOOL PROVIDED EVALUATION AND CENTER-BASED EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO PRESCHOOL AND SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL NEEDS AS WELL AS DELAYS IN COGNITION, COMMUNICATION, MOTOR AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT. SERVICES INCLUDED OCCUPATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SPEECH THERAPY, PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING, SKILLED NURSING AND VISION SERVICES. ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE MUSIC EDUCATION, MUSIC THERAPY, ADAPTIVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY. THE SCHOOL RECEIVED FUNDS FROM FEDERAL 611 AND 619 IDEA ALLOCATIONS. ALL SERVICES TO THESE 398 CHILDREN WERE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR IEP MANDATES.
EARLY INTERVENTION - THE SCHOOL PROVIDED CENTER AND HOME BASED EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES WHICH INCLUDED DEVELOPMENTAL GROUP, OCCUPATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SPEECH AS WELL AS MULTIDISCIPLINARY EVALUATIONS AND ONGOING SERVICE COORDINATION TO ELIGIBLE INFANTS AND TODDLERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. ALL SERVICES TO THESE 338 CHILDREN WERE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR IFSP MANDATES.
OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDED HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES, INCLUDING SPECIAL EDUCATION, OCCUPATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SPEECH THERAPY. ALL SERVICES TO THESE 17 CHILDREN WERE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR IEP MANDATES.
