GENERAL TRANSPORTATION: ASSISTED IN FINANCING, PLANNING, ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT AND OPERATION OF MASS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
