HEAD START/EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT: PROVIDED COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL, NUTRITIONAL, SOCIAL AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVNTAGED PRESCHOOL CHILDREN (BIRTH TO 5 YEARS).


HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: ADMINISTERS PROGRAMS TO RESIDENTS IN A THREE COUNTY REGION, INCLUDING HOUSING REHABILITATION AND HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. ENERGY CRISIS: ASSISTED LOW INCOME PEOPLE N MEETING THE COSTS OF HOME ENERGY, DEFINED AS HEATING AND COOLING OF RESIDENCES, TO INCREASE THEIR ENERGY SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND REDUCE THEIR VULNERABILITY RESULTING FROM ENERGY NEEDS. COMMUNITY SERVICES: COORDINATION OF DAY TO DAY EFFORTS OF THE ORGANIZATION, INCLUDING FOOD DISTRIBUTION, HOUSING, SENIOR SERVICES AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES.
