THE WISCONSIN VIRTUAL ACADEMY'S PURPOSE IS TO UTILIZE RESEARCH-BASED TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS AND MEANINGFUL TEACHER/STUDENT/PARENT INVOLVEMENT, TO PROVIDE A NEW INNOVATIVE MODEL OF PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL EDUCATION CHOICE ADAPTED TO THE NEEDS OF ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, TO PROMOTE MASTERY OF THE WISCONSIN MODEL ACADEMIC STANDARDS STATEWIDE IN WISCONSIN.
DESTINATIONS CAREER ACADEMY OF WISCONSIN'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE AN INNOVATIVE ONLINE SCHOOL THAT COMBINES TRADITIONAL ACADEMICS WITH CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION, GIVING STUDENTS IN GRADES 9-12 A HEAD START ON THEIR COLLEGE AND CAREER GOALS.
