TO SERVE NEEDY CHILDREN IN RICHLAND COUNTY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL CLOTHING, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, CHRISTMAS GIFTS, ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT, OR OTHER ITEMS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO ENHANCE THE WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN.
TO SERVE NEEDY CHILDREN IN RICHLAND COUNTY AS DEFINED BY THE TRUSTEES. TO PROMOTE VOLUNTEER SERVICE, ENCOURAGING THE DONATION OF PRIVATE FUNDS AND EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ON THE SERVICES NECESSARY TO PROTECT CHILDREN AND STRENGTHEN FAMILIES IN RICHLAND COUNTY.
