OLMSTED HEALTH & SERVICES CORP., DBA THE RENAISSANCE HEALTH CENTER, OPERATES A 90-BED SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATIVE COMMUNITY OFFERING VARIOUS SERVICES FOR REHABILITATION AND SKILLED NURSING ASSISTANCE. THE RENAISSANCE HEALTH CENTER IS LOCATED AT THE RENAISSANCE RETIREMENT CAMPUS, A CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY (CCRC) / LIFE CARE COMMUNITY AND IS A MEMBER OF ELIZA JENNINGS SENIOR CARE NETWORK, A PROVIDER OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMUNITY-BASED AGING SERVICES.
