THE COMMUNITY PROVIDES AGING SERVICES TO PROMOTE GENERAL HEALTH, WELFARE AND SECURITY FOR THE SENIOR RESIDENTS, AND TO PLAN AND DEVELOP NEW PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO MEET THE EVOLVING SOCIAL, HEALTH AND PERSONAL NEEDS OF RESIDENTS.
