BETHLEN HOME - A LICENSED 96 BED FACILITY OFFERING SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATION SERVICES INCLUDING PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPY PROVIDED BY LICENSED STAFF EMPLOYEES. CENSUS STATISTICS SHOW AN AVERAGE OF 72.5 RESIDENTS PER DAY RECEIVED SERVICES DURING THE YEAR. RESIDENTS SERVED INCLUDED THOSE COVERED BY STATE MEDICAID - 62%, MEDICARE (INCLUDING MEDICARE-MANAGED PROGRAMS) - 26%, PRIVATE PAY - 12%, MANAGED CARE - <1%.
LIGONIER GARDENS - A LICENSED 71 BED FACILITY OFFERING PERSONAL CARE SERVICES TO THOSE WHO REQUIRE SOME DAILY CARE ASSISTANCE.
