TO OPERATE, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A RETIREMENT HOME FOR THE AGED PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE LIFE CARE AND TO MEET THEIR SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS IN KEEPING WITH THE PRINCIPLES ESTABLISHED BY THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.

HILL VIEW RETIREMENT CENTER IS A RETIREMENT HOME FOR THE AGED PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE LIFE CARE CONSISTING OF APARTMENTS, ASSISTED LIVING CARE FACILITIES, SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES, AND FOOD SERVICE.INDEPENDENT LIVING CONSISTS OF APARTMENTS AND COTTAGES OFFERING LIFECARE AND LEASING OPTIONS. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE 3 MEALS PER DAY, UTILITIES, COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE, SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION, EMERGENCY RESPONSE, AND MEDICAL CLINIC.ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENTS RECEIVE ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING SUCH AS DRESSING, BATHING, HOUSEKEEPING, LAUNDRY, MEALS, SNACKS, MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION, AND DAILY REMINDERS AND REASSURANCE. RESIDENTS ENJOY SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES AND OUTSIDE EVENTS SO THEY MAY CONTINUE TO LIVE AN ACTIVE, PRODUCTIVE, AND SOCIALLY STIMULATING LIFE. ASSISTED LIVING ALSO INCLUDES THE MEMORY SUPPORT AREA THAT PROVIDES A SAFE AND SECURE UNIT FOR RESIDENTS WHO NEED ASSISTANCE DUE TO MEMORY LOSS. STAFF ARE TRAINED TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND SOCIAL, INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES THAT ALLOW RESIDENTS TO ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF FUNCTIONING.THE SKILLED NURSING UNIT INCLUDES BOTH LONG-TERM CARE AND SHORT-TERM CARE. RESIDENTS RECEIVE ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING SUCH AS DRESSING, BATHING, HOUSEKEEPING, LAUNDRY, MEALS, SNACKS, AND MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION. SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION INCLUDES PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, AND SPEECH LANGUAGE THERAPY.
