OUR COMMUNITY LIVING SERVICES ARE FOCUSED ON ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE IN THEIR OWN HOMES AND COMMUNITIES. OUR STAFF TEAM PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE AND INCLUSIVE TRAINING AND PERSONAL SUPPORT SERVICES TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS AND PREFERENCES. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE SUPPORTED LIVING AND INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAMS.
VETERANS COMMUNITY SERVICES (VCS), A DIVISION OF CCC THAT PROVIDES SERVICES TO VETERANS UNDER A FEDERAL GRANT FUNDED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS THROUGH THEIR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES (SSVF) PROGRAM.
