THE ORGANIZATION PURCHASES HOMES AND ENTERS INTO RENTAL AGREEMENTS WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. IT PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HOUSING AT APPROXIMATELY 90 LOCATIONS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
PERFORM AND PROJECT MANAGES HOME MODIFICATIONS THAT PROVIDE ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES FOR HOMES TO MEET THE HOUSING NEEDS FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY COMMUNITY WITH ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES.
