INSPIRES HOPE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY BY MENTORING AND PROVIDING SUPPORT AND RESOURCES TO FIND AND SUSTAIN EMPLOYMENT. THIS ALLOWS MEMBERS TO BECOME FINANCIALLY STABLE AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF OUR SOCIETY.

EMPLOY INDIVIDUALS THROUGH E428 STAFFING LLC AND PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO JOBSITES IN THOSE CASES WHERE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS LACKING. ASSIST WITH PURCHASE OF CARS, GAS, REPAIRS, LICENSE FEES, AUTO INSURANCE, AND REINSTATEMENT FEES. BUS TOKENS ARE PROVIDED FOR MEMBERS ON BUS LINE WHO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A CAR OR WHO HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE ISSUES. PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION VIA VAN/AUTO TO JOBSITES NOT ON THE BUS LINE BUT LOCATED IN THE AREA.
PROVIDE EDUCATION/TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES TO MEMBERS, BY OFFERING WORKSHOPS/CLASSES FOR TRADE TRAINING, OR PAYING FOR TUITION FOR TRAINING PROGRAMS OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES
