THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING A DIVERSE RANGE OF SERVICES: CONGREGATE AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS, NUTRITION EDUCATION, IN-HOME SERVICES THAT INCLUDE BASIC HOMEMAKING, PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE AND RESPITE, A COMBINED SOCIAL-MEDICAL MODEL OF ADULT DAY SERVICES, ADVOCACY, SPECIAL EVENTS ADDRESSING THE IMPORTANCE AND VALUE OF SOCIALIZATION TO GOOD HEALTH, AND VOLUNTEER PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES.
