THE MENTAL HEALTH/MENTAL RETARDATION PROGRAM PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL LIVING ARRANGEMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL DISABILITIES THROUGH GROUP HOMES, SUPERVISED APARTMENTS, AND SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAMS.
THE PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM MAKES AVAILABLE 150-160 UNITS OF PERMANENT HOUSING TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITIES. THE PROGRAM HELPS IDENTIFIED INDIVIDUALS TO SECURE HOUSING IN THE COMMUNITY OF THEIR CHOOSING AND MAINTAIN TENANCY. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT AND EDUCATION TO SERVICE USERS, PROVIDERS AND LANDLORDS ON HOUSING RELATED MATTERS, AND CONNECTS INDIVIDUALS TO NEEDED FINANCIAL, ADVOCACY AND LEGAL RESOURCES.
TRANSITIONAL YOUTH PROGRAM OFFERS SUPPORT TO AT-RISK YOUTH TO TRANSITION INTO THE COMMUNITY.
