THE ORGANIZATION GENERATES REVENUE FROM MANAGING POOLED MEDICAID TRUSTS SERVICE PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF DISABLED AND SPECIAL NEEDS INDIVIDUALS IN NEW YORK. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO MANAGE POOLED MEDICAID TRUSTS PURSUANT TO NY SOCIAL SERVICES LAW SECTION 366(2)(B)(2)(III)(B).


THE ORGANIZATION USES ITS PROCEEDS TO PROMOTE ORTHODOX JEWISH RELIGIOUSEDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE VARIOUS SOCIAL SERVICE PROGRAMS FOR THEBENEFIT OF THE DISABLED AND SPECIAL NEEDS INDIVIDUALS.
