THIS ALLOWS DC HSEMA TO WORK CLOSELY WITH CUSTOMERS AND/OR STAKEHOLDERS TO DEVELOP COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT PLANS, ENSURING MONITORING OF PROJECT EXPENSES, BUDGET REQUIREMENTS, TASK DESCRIPTIONS AND WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURES, AND TO ACCOMPLISH PROGRAM/PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.
IDAHO NATIONAL LABORATORY PROJECT (INL) - A CONTRACTUAL ENDEAVOR TO ENHANCE CUSTOMERS' CAPABILITIES TO BOTH ASSESS CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE THREAT, AND PLAN FOR RESPONSE AND RESILIENCE.
