RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES CREATE OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD A STRONGER COMMUNITY FOCUSED ON SUPPORTING THOSE IN AND SEEKING RECOVERY. BY BUILDING A SOLID COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT, EACH MEMBER OF SOCIETY FEELS VALUED AND EMPOWERED TO GIVE BACK. WHEN A COMMUNITY SUPPORTS A CULTURE OF RECOVERY, IT IS REFLECTED IN ALL SECTORS OF SOCIETY. WHEN INDIVIDUALS ARE SUPPORTED BY THE MEMBERS OF THEIR SOCIETY, WE ALL REAP THE BENEFITS OF THEIR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN MAKING OUR WORLD A BETTER PLACE.

THE PURPOSE OF THESE SERVICES IS TO PREPARE OHIOANS WITH THE SKILLS AND TOOLS NECESSARY TO BE AN EFFECTIVE ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES AND FOR THEIR COMMUNITIES.
