THE ARC IS COMMITTED TO REDUCING THE INCIDENCE AND LIMITING THE CONSEQUENCE OF INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, SUPPORT, AND SERVICE PROVISION.THE ARC IS COMMITTED TO SECURING FOR ALL PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE AND REALIZE THEIR GOALS OF WHERE AND HOW THEY LEARN, LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY. ARC WILL WORK TOWARDS SECURING, CONSISTENT CARE WITH THE INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS, MAXIMUM PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE, CHOICES, INCLUSION, EQUAL RIGHTS, AND ADEQUATE SUPPORT WHICH ARE ALL NECESSARY TO GUARANTEE A REAL QUALITY OF LIFE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY.THE ARC WILL PROVIDE LEADERSHIP IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY AND DEVELOP THE NECESSARY HUMAN AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO ATTAIN ITS GOAL.

RESIDENTIAL WAIVER - PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY THROUGH SUPERVISED RESIDENTIAL SITES.
