PEP OFFERS SERVICES THAT ARE HIGHLY INDIVIDUALIZED, COMMUNITY BASED AND DESIGNED TO FOSTER A HEALTHY LEVEL OF INTERDEPENDENCE BETWEEN THOSE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR COMMUNITY.
