MIHP: MATERIAL INFANT HEALTH PROGRAM IS A FEE FOR SERVICE PROGRAM. HOME OR OFFICE VISITS ARE DONE WITH PREGNANT WOMEN OR INFANTS UNDER 18 MONTHS WHO ARE MEDICAID ELIGIBLE. VISITS ARE BILLED TO MEDICAID HEALTH PLANS OR CHAMPS AFTER VISIT IS COMPLETED.
EO: EARLY ON PROGRAM IS A CONTRACT WITH THE LOCAL INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR 1 FULL TIME AND 1 PART TIME PROFESSIONAL STAFF TO DO HOME AND OFFICE VISITS WITH FAMILIES WHO'S CHILD IS DEVELOPMENTALLY DELAYED.
