HOMELESS OUTREACH - BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE HOMELESS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, LIFE SUSTAINING SUPPLIES AND CARE, SOCIAL ADVOCACY, AND TO WORK TOWARDS OBTAINING PERMANENT HOUSING. FACILITATED 2,482 MEETINGS TO WORK ON HOUSING OR RESOURCES, ASSISTED 17 INDIVIDUALS IN MOVING INTO HOUSE, RESPONDED TO 12,640 OUTREACH PHONE CALLS, 11 PEOPLE ASSISTED WITH HOUSING-LOSS PREVENTION, AND CONDUCTED 255 HOUSING RETENTION VISITS.
EDUCATION - THERE WERE 3,100 INDIVIDUALS WHO ATTENDED TRAINING OR EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS TO LEARN ABOUT THE HOMELESS ISSUES IN THE COMMUNITY.
