PROVIDES TRAINING, SUPPORTS AND ASSISTANCE NECESSARY FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY IN THE AREAS OF HOUSING, PERSONAL AND MEDICAL CARE, EMPLOYMENT, LEISURE AND RECREATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS RESIDENTS ESTABLISH GOALS IN A COLLABORATIVE PROCESS, INVOLVING FAMILY, FRIENDS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND OTHERS AS SELECTED BY THE RESIDENT. BRIGHTLAND HOMES, INC.
