AFFORDABLE HOME PROGRAM - FUNDED BY THE NEIGHBORHOOD STRABILAZATION PROGRAM; FORECLOSED PROPERTIES ARE PURCHASED AND REDEVELOPED THEN PROVIDED AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING. INDIVIDUALS THAT MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO RENT THESE AFFORDABLE HOMES THUS REDUCING THE HOMELESS POPULATION AND HELPING THE LESS FORTUNATE.
