WIA STARTED 2021 OFF WITH A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP ON THE POWER OF CONNECTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WHICH WAS ATTENDED BY MENTEES, MENTORS AND ALUMNAE OF THE ORGANIZATIONTHE ORGANIZATION HELD INFORMAL VIRTUAL NETWORKING MEETINGS FOR EACH OF OUR AUDIENCES (MENTEE, MENTOR AND ALUMNAE) THROUGH 1ST AND 2ND QUARTER OF 2021IN MARCH 2021, MENTEES PARTICIPATED IN A MENT-MIX CALLED "FEARLESS POSITIVITY, MASTERING MINDSET IN THE MIDST OF CHANGE".JUNE 2021 SAW A SESSION ON FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR MENTEES.IN SEPTEMBER 2021, WIA HELD A VIRTUAL TOWN HALL TO DISCUSS DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIONIN SEPTEMBER 2021, WIA HELD ITS FIRST IN-PERSON EVENT OF THE YEAR WITH A MENT-MIX FEATURING A FIRESIDE CHAT WITH MELINDA WHITE, CEO OF TRANSIT WIRELESSIN DECEMBER 2021, THE CLASS OF 2020 MENTEES GRADUATED WITH AN IN PERSON EVENT AND A PANEL DISCUSSION ON HOW TO BEST UTILIZE THE WOMEN IN AMERICA NETWORK GOING TO FORWARD.
