COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES (CASA) OF THE 5TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IS BASED OUT OF CODY, WYOMING AND SERVES THE ENTIRE BIG HORN BASIN. OUR CASA STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS ASSIST ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN OF ALL AGES. CASA SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES COURT- APPOINTED VOLUNTEER ADVOCACY, SO THAT ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN THE BIG HORN BASIN CAN BE SAFE, ESTABLISHED PERMANENCE, AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO THRIVE.
