ALTHOUGH MUCH HAS CHANGED OVER THE YEARS, ONE IMPORTANT THING HAS REMAINED CONSTANT; STARLIGHT'S COMMITMENT TO USING PERFORMANCE TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF EACH YOUNG PERSON.
