THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO RESTORE AND PRESERVE THE JOHN AND ALICE COLTRANE HOME FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFERING TO THE PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS TO INSPIRE AND EMPOWER THE NEXT GENERATION OF ARTISTS AND MUSICIANS AND DEVELOP THEIR CREATIVE PROCESSES.

MUSICAL PERFORMANCE - COLTRANE FAMILY RELATIVES WERE INTERVIEWED AND GAVE A PERFORMANCE AT THE SOUTHAMPTON ARTS CENTER, WHICH WAS FREE TO THE PUBLIC. SOME OF THE COSTS INCLUDED PAYMENT TO MUSICIANS AND VENUE COST. THIS PROGRAM WAS FUNDED THROUGH A SUFFOLK COUNTY CULTURAL AFFAIRS GRANT.
