ESSENTIAL SERVICES: WE PARTNERED WITH CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ORGANIZATIONS, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, AND COMMUNITY AGENCIES TO PROMOTE THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND BUILDING TRADES AS A VALUABLE CAREER OPTION. WE SUPPORTED THE CONSTRUCTION ACADEMY AT EAST SIDE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT WHICH SERVICED HUNDREDS OF STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR LEARN THE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS NEEDED TO PURSUE A CAREER IN CONSTRUCTION. WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ENHANCE THE LEARNING PROCESS RELATING TO ENERGY EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENTS.
