THE PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PLAN, PROMOTE AND OPERATE THE PARADA DEL SOL RODEO IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ. THE RODEO IS CONDUCTED IN OR ABOUT MARCH OF EACH YEAR. ANY PROCEEDS THAT REMAIN AFTER COVERING EVENT EXPENSES (INCLUDING THOSE HELD BACK TO ALLOW PROPER PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF NEXT YEAR'S EVENT) ARE DISTRIBUTED TO AREA HUMANITARIAN AND EDUCATIONAL CAUSES.
