PUEBLO UNIDO CDC CONTINUES WORKING TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUITABLE FOR RURAL COMMUNITIES. OTHER MAJOR COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS INCLUDE THE EXTENSION OF WASTEWATER AND DRINKING WATER PIPELINES; AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORMWATER CAPTURE PROJECTS IN COMMUNITIES OF THE EASTERN COACHELLA VALLEY. PUEBLO UNIDO CDC ALSO OFFERS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO POLANCO MOBILE HOME PARKS.


PUEBLO UNIDO CDC OWNED AND OPERATED THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT, SAN ANTONIO DEL DESIERTO MOBILE HOME PARK, LOCATED IN MECCA, CA,; FOR THREE MONTHS TO INLCUDE JANUARY 1, 2023 TO MARCH 22,2023. ON MARCH 24, 2023, THE ORGANIZATION TRANSFERRED 100% OWNERSHIP OF THE PROJECT TO SAN ANTONIO MOBILE HOME PARK, LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
