FOR EXAMPLE, THE FIRST CITY CELEBRATION CELEBRATES THE CITY'S HERITAGE AND DRAWS VISITOR AND POTENTIALINVESTORS DOWNTOWN. ALSO, THE SNOWFLAKE RAFFLE STIMULATES SALES FOR AND PROMOTES DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES. THE MUNICIPLE ELEVATOR IS THE HISTORIC 130 FOOT LANDMARK THAT CONNECTS TOW NEIGHBORHOODS IN OREGON CITY- DOWNTOWN AND THE HISTORIC MCLOUGHLIN NEIGHBORHOOD.
