CRISIS PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION SERVICES WERE DELIVERED TO HOMELESS AND AT-RISK INDIVIDUALS IN KERN COUNTY INCLUDING MEALS, SHOWERS, MENTORING, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, SUPPORT GROUPS, FOOD PACK DISTRIBUTION, SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MEDICAL INTERVENTION.
