CONSISTENT WITH COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT PLAN APPROVED BY THE US DEPT OF INTERIOR, PROMOTED COMMUNITY EVENTS & PROJECTS TOWRARD PRESERVATION & CELEBRATION OF THE LANDSCAPE, HISTORY & CULTURE IF THE HERITAGE AREA THROUGH GRANTS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT. GRANT FUNDING PROVIDED TO VARIOUS COMMUNITY PROJECTS & ORGANIZATIONS. CONTINUED PUBLICATION OF "LAND, WATER, PEOPLE, TIME" TO PROMOTE AREA ARTISTS, DEVELOPED CONTINUED PROMOTION OF INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS & ART TOURISM, COORDINATED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, PUEBLOS AND OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT THE HERITAGE AREA.
