AS OF JUNE 30, 2024, FULLER CENTER HAS 30 MORTGAGES AND ARE RENTING TO OWN 2 HOUSES. ALL THE MORTGAGES ARE APPROXIMATELY 25 YEARS AT NO INTEREST AND ALL THE RENTALS TO OWN ARE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE TO QUALIFIED FAMILIES.
