MANAGEMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY DEDICATED TO THE PROVISION OF SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED AND/OR MINORITY HOUSEHOLDS.
