OPERATION WALK'S ONLY PROGRAM SERVICE AT THIS TIME IS ORGANIZING AND MAKING TRIP(S) TO UNDER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD TO PERFORM HIP AND KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERIES FOR PATIENTS WITHOUT THE FINANCIAL OR OTHER MEANS TO OBTAIN MEDICAL TREATMENT. THE ORGANIZATION TAKES A TEAM OF VOLUNTEER DOCTORS, NURSES AND OTHER SUPPORT PERSONNEL (TOTALLING APPROXIMATELY 45) ALONG WITH ALL OF THE NECESSARY MEDICAL TOOLS AND SUPPLIES NEEDED TO CONDUCT SURGERIES.
