RESIDENTS EXPERIENCING CHRONIC OR PHYSICALLY LIMITING MEDICAL CONDITIONS CAN RECEIVE HELP WITH PERSONAL HYGIENE INCLUDING BATHING, DRESSING, GROOMING AND INCONTINENCE CARE, ALONG WITH MEDICATION AND MEDICAL MANAGEMENT.
