LAND PRESERVATION: MANADA CONSERVANCY HAS PROTECTED OVER 2,500 ACRES OF LAND THROUGH CONSERVATION ESEMENT OR FEE-OWNED PROPERTY.
ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION: THE CONSERVANCY'S EDUCATION PROGRAM PROVIDES FIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS ANNUALLY, TWO IN THE SPRING, ONE YOUTH FOCUSED PROGRAM IN LATE SUMMER, AND TWO IN THE FALL. THESE PROGRAMS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. PROGRAMS INCLUDE TOPICS SUCH AS NATIVE PLANT-FOCUSED TALKS, NATURAL HISTORY, LAND PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND WILDLIFE.
OUTREACH: PRODUCED AND CIRCULATED BROCHURES, NEWSLETTERS AND OTHER MATERIALS TO MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY. PRESENTED NUMEROUS TALKS TO VARIOUS COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. WORKED WITH LOCAL YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS. OFFERED OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES THAT WERE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
