WRC HEALTH CARE SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED IN HOME CARE TO SENIOR CLIENTS IN CLARION, JEFFERSON, CLEARFIELD, ELK AND ARMSTRONG COUNTIES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. THE TYPES OF SERVICES THAT ARE PROVIDED TO THESE SENIORS ARE SKILLED NURSING ALONG WITH PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND SPEECH THERAPY, MEDICAL SOCIAL WORK AND SKILLED RESIDENT AID VISITS. WRC HEALTH CARE SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED HOSPICE CARE DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. HOSPICE IS SPECIALIZED CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH A LIFE-LIMITING ILLNESS OR INJURY, WHO HAVE SIX MONTHS OR LESS TO LIVE, AND THEIR FAMILIES. HOSPICE SERVICES INVOLVES MEDICAL CARE TO MANAGE PAIN AND SYMPTOMS, AS WELL AS EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL SUPPORT THROUGH THE END OF LIFE JOURNEY.HOSPICE CARE CAN BE PROVIDED IN A PATIENT'S OWN HOME, A HOSPITAL, PERSONAL CARE HOME OR SKILLED NURSING COMMUNITY.
