HOME DELIVERED MEALS - NUTRITIOUS MEALS ARE DELIVERED TO ELIGIBLE PERSONS ON A WEEKLY BASIS IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO PREPARE THEIR DAILY MEAL. SERVED 79,001 MEALS TO 549 CLIENTS.
