THERE HAVE BEEN NO OPERATING ACTIVITIES SINCE 2019 AS IT RELATES TO SUBSIDIZED AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AS THE ORGANIZATION IS IN TRANSITION FROM A 40 UNIT HUD SECTION 2020 LOW INCOME ELDERLY APARTMENT BUILDING WHICH WAS SOLD IN DECEMBER 2019, TO AN 80 UNIT MIDDLE INCOME ELDERLY APARTMENT BUILDING WHICH IS BEING CONSTRUCTED.
