FOR OVER 50 YEARS, HANDS HAS SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPED MORE THAN 1,033 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING IN 9 COUNTIES ACROSS PENNSYLVANIA. HANDS MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENTS ARE AMONG THE BEST DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED RENTAL COMMUNITIES IN PENNSYLVANIA.
